Tel-Tru RTD thermometer probe assemblies and RTDs with integrated compact transmitter are designed for precision temperature measurement in demanding industrial or sanitary environments. All Tel-Tru RTD thermometers use high quality platinum RTD sensors, which are known for accuracy and reliability.  Tel-Tru RTDs are configurable with numerous options to satisfy the needs of a broad range of applications.

Industrial RTD Thermometers

Tel-Tru industrial RTD assemblies are highly configurable to fit your temperature requirements and deliver outstanding reliability. Standard assemblies include a proven thin film PT100 platinum RTD sensing element, packaged in a welded 316L stainless steel probe. Assemblies include threaded process connections and may be used with a thermowell, which can be purchased separately.

Two industrial models are available:
NPAA3 can be paired with a connection head and programmable transmitter using 4-20 mA or HART output. Unterminated (bare wire) or M12 connection termination options are also available.
NTAA3 features factory configured, built-in 4-20 mA transmitter and termination options that include an M12 connector with or without mate and cable, or strain relief with cable.

Tel-Tru industrial RTD assemblies are engineered for applications including process automation, chemical processing, oil and gas, construction, cold storage, water/wastewater, HVAC, and OEMs, where accurate temperature measurement is a must.

Sanitary RTD Thermometers

Tel-Tru sanitary RTD thermometer assemblies are configured specifically for your demanding applications. Proven thin film PT100 platinum RTD sensing element delivers reliable accuracy, packaged in a welded 316L stainless steel probe. Configurations feature Tri-Clover® fittings in six standard sizes and highly-polished surface finishes that comply with 3A Standard Number 74-07 for sensors and Sensor Fittings and Connections Used on Milk and Milk Products Equipment.  Tel-Tru sanitary temperature sensors are a smart choice for CIP (clean-in-place) or SIP (steam-in-place) environments.

Two sanitary models are available:
SPAA3 can be paired with a connection head and programmable transmitter using 4-20 mA or HART output. Unterminated (bare wire), or M12 connection termination options are also available. The Tel-Tru Low Profile Sanitary RTD assembly is designed specifically to meet the needs of customers who require an RTD to measure a process temperature, but have very little space for a connection head.
STAA3 features factory configured, built-in 4-20 mA transmitter and termination options that include an M12 connector with or without mate and cable, or strain relief with cable.

Tel-Tru sanitary RTD thermometers are engineered for applications including food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical processing where temperature gauges are crucial components for process control and optimization.
